Pine Lake Camp, owned by the Gulf States Mennonite Churches, is dedicated to Christian teaching and Christian values.
- Groups shall appoint one contact person who will work with the camp director or other designated person to insure the carrying out of camp policies. Designated quiet time: 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- Use of alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
- We strongly object to smoking. Under no circumstances is anyone permitted to smoke in any room or building.
- Damage to camp property, equipment or environment will be charged to the individuals or groups responsible. All-terrain vehicles are not permitted at camp except for work purposes when permission is granted by the director.
- Build fires only in existing fireplaces.
- Swimming area: When there is not a certified lifeguard, swimming is restricted to the shallow end. In the shallow end, there must be one adult, 21 or older, for each 10 persons swimming with a maximum of 20 swimming at one time. The adults must be out of the water, except in an emergency, and located where they can observe all activities.
- Boating: A lifeguard or adult, 21 or older, must be present and supervising all boating activities. Everyone must wear a U.S. Coast Guard approved lifejacket, properly fastened. See additional rules posted at the dock. Motorized watercraft are prohibited.
- Use or possession of fireworks and firearms are prohibited.
- Pets are not permitted except seeing eye dogs.
- Do not remove mattresses from the cabins.
- Children must always be supervised while at Pine Lake Fellowship Camp.
Insurance policy: All guests are expected to use their own personal medical insurance while at Pine Lake Camp. Serious injuries need to be reported immediately to the camp director.
Full payment of fees shall be paid before the group leaves. They shall be paid at the office or with other arrangements made with the camp director.
The fees determined on the rental agreement assume that the facilities will be left clean according to the clean up list which will be left with the group’s contact person.
